Arken Optics USA needed to break through a plateau and scale organic growth with a durable SEO engine. The mandate: regain control of web assets, build a high-performance stack, implement data-driven SEO, expand keyword visibility tied to buyer intent, and measure everything end-to-end. Our Approach:
We rebuilt the foundation first: migrated to WordPress on AWS Lightsail with a seamless Ecwid integration; wired an enterprise analytics layer (GA4, BigQuery, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Clarity, HubSpot); and tightened technical SEO with CloudFront/S3, W3TC, Core Web Vitals tuning, and URL cleanup. Then we launched a buyer-intent content engine—pillar/cluster pages, long-form guides, FAQs—and structured data to capture rich results. The result: faster load, better indexability, and consistent rank lift across product and category terms.
Challenges
Fragmented vendor history, shifting scope, and legacy tech debt created inconsistent URLs, thin content, and slow pages. We navigated multiple stakeholders while preserving e-commerce uptime during migration, standardized publishing and tracking, repaired crawl errors, and enforced a clean redirect strategy—stabilizing the stack and creating a repeatable growth engine for ongoing SEO expansion.
