  • SEO Tools Suite (https://seo.metrotechs.io);
  • Brand Builder AI Platform (https://ai.metrotechs.io); and
  • Any other websites, SaaS products, mobile applications, dashboards, or professional services we operate (collectively, the “Services“).

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.


1. Scope & Responsibility

This Policy applies to personal information that Metrotechs processes as a controller (i.e., when we decide why and how data is processed). For customer data hosted in Launchpad, SEO Tools, or Brand Builder on behalf of end‑users, Metrotechs acts as a processor and our Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) governs.

  2. Integrated Platforms. Upon your instruction, we transmit data to WordPress.org/Automattic, Sitejet GmbH, Ecwid by Lightspeed®, Google Search Console, 360 Monitoring by WebPros, and others.
  3. Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  4. Legal & Regulatory. Government agencies or auditors when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  5. Aggregated or De‑identified Data. We may publish usage statistics that cannot reasonably identify you.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Upon account termination, we delete or anonymize data within 60 days, except backups retained for disaster recovery (max 180 days) and billing records retained for 7 years.


8. Security Measures

Metrotechs employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES‑256 where supported);
  • 24/7 infrastructure monitoring and DDoS mitigation;
  • Role‑based access control (RBAC) and MFA for staff;
  • Regular vulnerability scanning & penetration testing;
  • Secure development lifecycle (SDLC) and code reviews.

Despite our efforts, no system is 100 % secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your passwords and website security plugins.


9. International Transfers

We are headquartered in the United States. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area (“EEA”), United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country that has not been deemed adequate, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an approved certification mechanism.


10. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Erase data (“right to be forgotten”);
  • Restrict or object to processing;

11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.


12. Automated Decision‑Making & AI

Brand Builder and certain SEO tools use machine‑learning models to generate content, recommendations, and insights. These outputs are assistive and subject to your review. We do not make fully automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our sites at least 30 days before the new policy takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after that constitutes acceptance.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar U.S. state laws, we provide the following additional disclosures:
