A Project Manager typically manages a single project, like a website build. Our Program Management Office (PMO) sits above all vendors and projects. We manage the entire ecosystem (ERP, CRM, WMS, Commerce), hold all parties accountable, and own the cross-vendor dependencies, the total budget, and the ultimate business outcome.

Our goal is to save your team time, not consume it. We ask for a dedicated Executive Sponsor for a single 1-hour steering committee meeting per week to make key decisions. Beyond that, our PMO handles all vendor coordination and shields your internal experts from random requests, engaging them only for critical, planned activities like UAT and training.

This is a continuous service, not a one-time handoff. On a weekly basis, you receive a unified Executive Dashboard showing program health, a single consolidated status report, and a managed cross-vendor project plan.
